Atlanta, GA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King recently announced that Jose Martinez of Grayson has been charged with insurance fraud.
In 2016, Mr. Martinez submitted a self-audit form to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company with his company’s 2016 Corporate Income Tax Return information.
