Austin, TX – The Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI-DWC) recently announced a new one-hour webinar as part of its InsureED series that will provide an overview of the DWC dispute resolution system.
Along with the overview, presenters will discuss benefit review conferences, contested case hearings, and appeals panel reviews.
The speakers will also discuss the DWC organization and common issues in dispute resolution.
One hour of continuing education (CE) credit can be earned through Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). Attendees must be present for the entire webinar, including the Q&A. TDI will send CE credit information to TDI’s Agent and Adjuster Licensing Office.
The webinar is scheduled for 2 p.m. Central time on Thursday, August 17.
