Phoenix, AZ – Governor Hobbs has appointed Gaetano “Guy” Testini as the new Director of the Industrial Commission of Arizona. The appointment comes after Mr. Testini’s distinguished service as an Administrative Law Judge and Chief Legal Counsel for the
Commission.
With a proven track record of dedication and expertise in matters related to industrial regulation and legal affairs, Mr. Testini’s leadership promises to guide the Commission to new heights. His in-depth understanding of the complexities surrounding the Industrial Commission of Arizona, coupled with his extensive experience as an Administrative Law Judge, make him an excellent choice to steer the Commission’s initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Testini has consistently demonstrated a commitment to upholding the values of fairness, impartiality, and efficiency. His contributions as a Judge and Chief Legal Counsel have greatly contributed to the Commission’s mission of protecting the life, health, safety, and welfare of Arizona’s workforce.

Mr. Testini is a State Bar of Arizona certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation who has been with the Industrial Commission of Arizona for the past eight years. In the private sector Mr. Testini has represented injured workers, employers, and carriers. Mr. Testini is a graduate of Gonzaga School of Law and has an extensive record of service to the legal and nonlegal communities.
