TDI-DWC Research and Evaluation Group Proposes FY 2023 Research Agenda

Austin, TX – The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation recently proposed the Fiscal Year 2023 Research Agenda of the Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group (REG).

Texas Labor Code Section 405.0026 requires the REG to prepare a research agenda each year for the commissioner of workers’ compensation to review, approve, and publish in the Texas Register.

The proposed agenda will be published in the September 9, 2022, issue of the Texas Register and will be available at www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml once published.

A copy of the proposed agenda (PDF) is posted on the TDI website.

Submit written comments on the proposed agenda to RuleComments@tdi.texas.gov, or mail or deliver your comments to:
