CA WCIRB Hires Andrea Coleman as Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer

Oakland, CA – The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) has named Andrea Coleman as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

“We are delighted to have Andrea join the WCIRB and our senior leadership team. She complements our strong performance-oriented culture, and we believe her impressive reputation for executing and achieving top-tier results makes her the right choice for our future,” says WCIRB President and CEO Bill Mudge.

As a WCIRB executive, Coleman will be integral to the company’s strategic vision and plan. She serves as the senior leader for the WCIRB’s finance, human resources, marketing, outreach and educational functions.

The Pacifica, California, resident most recently served as managing director, Northwest region at AIG, responsible for overall field leadership and production in the region.

Coleman has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
