Pompano Beach, FL – Viviann Larsen joins MTI America as the Director of Quality Assurance and Training. She has over 16 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, working most recently for One Call as a Customer Experience Manager.

Viviann has an extensive history with loss prevention solutions working with operational teams to resolve critical issues. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she blends strategic planning with lean methodologies for success in process improvements and performance management. With 5 years of managing multiple remote teams, she successfully cross-trained the ancillary resolution team remotely and created a quality assurance process that secured business retention.
