Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features the announcement from Mitchell, Genex and Coventry of the formal debut of their new parent brand, Enlyte.
The unification follows the merger of Mitchell and Genex in 2018, followed by the acquisition of Coventry in 2020. The three brands will continue to operate as solution providers, making the entire collection of the companies’ products and services available to all Enlyte customers. The launch also includes the creation of a Customer and Market Operations team, which will bring together the casualty Sales, Client Services and Marketing teams from all three organizations. The new team will be led by Nina Smith, who currently serves as EVP and GM of Mitchell’s Casualty Solutions Group (CSG).
