Farmington Hills, MI – Amerisure recently announced the recipients of the 2021 Amerisure Scholarship Program (ASP).
Five students were selected for their outstanding achievements and each was awarded $1,000 through the program. Scholarship recipients are eligible to renew their award for up to three years or until a bachelor’s degree or technical school certificate is earned.
Congratulations to this year’s recipients:
- Michael Banks, Hillsborough Community College
- Jackson Biggs, University of Tennessee, Knoxville
- Maxwell Gaither, Mars Hill University
- Halle Mok, Georgia Institute of Technology
- Matthew Pacas-McCarthy, University of Michigan
“We are pleased to once again award scholarships to passionate students whose parents are employed by Amerisure,” said Erin Buddie, Amerisure’s vice president of Human Resources. “We congratulate the deserving recipients and are proud to support future leaders with their unique educational pursuits.”
Scholarship recipients may use their academic funding for assistance with tuition, fees, books, supplies, and/or school equipment. Established in 1992 and administered together with Scholarship America, Amerisure has awarded nearly $600,000 to hundreds of students through the scholarship program.
