King of Prussia, PA – Danielle Lisenbey is joining MedRisk, the leader in managed physical rehabilitation in workers’ compensation, as President on November 2.
Lisenbey will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and new business initiatives as Ken Martino continues serving as its CEO and supporting Mike Ryan in his new Executive Chairman role.
Lisenbey has more than 27 years’ experience in workers’ compensation and disability with Crawford & Company and was the first female member of its global executive team.
“I’ve known Danielle for many years and have seen her extraordinary leadership skills first-hand,” Martino said. “Her dedication to continuous operational improvement and her deep understanding of the industry will help propel MedRisk’s continued growth.”
Lisenbey, who holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Technology from Western Illinois University, was recognized as the Top 100 Executives in Insurance by Insurance Business of America in 2019. She has received numerous other professional honors, including Business Insurance’s Women to Watch and the American Society of Workers Compensation Professional’s Donald T. DeCarlo Legends Award.
Lisenbey serves on the executive board of the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation and is active in the National Association of Women’s Executives.
