Franklin, TN – Prime Health Services recently announced that industry veteran Scott Nocon joins the company as the VP of Client Services. Scott’s responsibilities will encompass operational functions, furthering the client-centric mode of operations.
“Scott is an outstanding addition to our Prime Health team, allowing us to continue the client-centric approach we’re known for,” states Chief Revenue Officer Jennifer Ryon. “He brings a deep blend of operational experience and what it takes to deliver upon client commitments which will build our clients’ success. Nocon brings over twenty years’ experience in operations management, claims production, project management, and process improvement in the insurance and medical industries. Prior to joining Prime Health, he built expertise in client experience at Mitchell International, serving as Director of Strategic Partners in their Casualty Solutions Group for the past ten years and prior to that as a Senior Account Manager, Client Satisfaction Manager, and Professional Services Project Manager. Preceding Mitchell, Scott served in various management roles at Viant, Concentra, and Beech Street Corp.
