Tampa, FL – ReEmployAbility recently released its Annual Program Results Summary from its flagship Transition2Work program. The 2018 summary provides an overview of the program’s success in the areas of community impact, performance results, and injured worker outcomes through fiscal year 2018.
Since 2007, the nationwide Transition2Work program has placed injured employees at local not-for-profit organizations to perform light duty work when their pre-injury employer cannot accommodate their physical restrictions on-site.
This annual report is based on data collected since the program’s inception in 2007 and examines the impact of program participation of injured workers spanning all 50 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico. It tabulates the data of the program history and compares it to the data of the most recent fiscal year. ReEmployAbility notes the results indicate a consistent, positive influence on claim outcomes.
