Victory Insurance Completes Implementation of Insurity Workers’ CompXPress Suite

November 19, 2018 by WorkCompWire

Hartford, CT – Insurity, Inc. recently announced that Victory Insurance Company, a Montana-based workers’ compensation insurer, is in production with the Workers’ CompXPress Suite to improve operational efficiencies across the entire policy lifecycle and create an enhanced customer experience. The implementation, which included a comprehensive conversion of over ten years of legacy data, was completed in just four months as a result of effective collaboration between teams and a well-defined project strategy.

Workers’ CompXPress is a cloud-hosted, end-to-end policy and claims administration system with integrated billing and policyholder web portals. The solution allows Victory to improve internal operations efficiency, leverage new underwriting and loss control tools, improve claims processing and enable comprehensive cybersecurity through Insurity’s market-leading Cloud Services offering. It empowers Victory to tailor the user experience to the unique needs of employees and policyholders through advanced workflow and data visualization tools, while incorporating the latest workers’ compensation rates and regulatory information.

“I’m proud of the efficiency and collaboration exhibited by our IT department, our business users and the Insurity team for their ability to achieve a full-suite core system replacement and cloud migration in such a short time period,” says Keith Brownfield, President of Victory Insurance. “Our joint project team brought the new system up on time and on budget, which will allow us to begin recognizing the benefits of this robust Workers’ Comp software suite immediately.”

“In a hyper-competitive insurance market, where modern technology is quickly becoming table stakes, success is increasingly being defined by the speed with which a project can be delivered and fully integrated within an insurer’s workflow,” says Michele Shepard, Chief Revenue Officer at Insurity. “This implementation is a testament to Insurity’s depth of experience in workers’ compensation and cloud leadership, and a result of the collaborative implementation approach we take with our customers.”
