Breeze is a cloud-hosted, end-to-end policy and claims administration system with integrated billing and policyholder web portals specifically built for workers’ compensation insurers. The solution will enable Victory to improve the efficiency of servicing policyholders, and create a streamlined user experience for their customers to view or download their policy, report injury and file a claim.
“At Victory Insurance, we invest significantly in our technology strategy to continuously improve policyholder services, such as offering self-service web portals and effective loss prevention tools, while ensuring we utilize market leading cyber security solutions,” says Keith Brownfield, President of Victory Insurance. “Insurity’s solution will not only enable us to improve communication and interactions with our customers, but also ensure that we continue to run our business in the efficient and effective manner, which has made us successful for years.”

Victory can tailor the user experience for the unique needs of its employees and policyholders, while efficiently incorporating the latest workers’ compensation rates and regulatory information.
