Next Level Administrators Opens Satellite Office in Sacramento, CA

Bradenton, FL – Next Level Administrators (“NLA”), a subsidiary of SUNZ Holdings, LLC and affiliate of SUNZ Insurance, recently announced the opening of its Sacramento, CA office. Terry Ramano, the Branch Manager of NLA’s new office, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations. Ms. Ramano, under the direction of NLA’s President Andy Olwert, will direct the claim management team to deliver improved claim outcomes for injured workers and employers as well as ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.

Terry Ramano – Sacramento Branch Manager
Terry Ramano has over 25 years of workers’ compensation experience. For the first part of her career, Ms. Ramano worked as a certified legal assistant for a workers’ compensation law firm before becoming a claims adjuster. As an adjuster, she gained an extensive skillset in subrogation and third-party recovery. Her scope of industry expertise includes trucking, entertainment, professional employer organizations and self-administrated funds and programs. Ms. Ramano’s has developed and implemented a California Medical Provider Network for self-insured and insured programs in compliance with state requirements. Key to NLA was Ms. Romano’s proven background in staff training and development.

Ms. Ramano holds her Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP), Workers Compensation Claims Association (WCCA) and has earned a Certificate of Achievement as a Self-Insurance Administrator.
