Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features Genex Services’ announcement of the winners of its 2018 Heart of Case Management Award. The national awards program spotlighting case managers at Genex is in its third year, and was created to commemorate the significant contributions that exceptional telephonic, field, and catastrophic case management professionals make on a daily basis.
Case managers were nominated by managers nationwide and judged on the criteria of specialization, excellence, adaptability, trust, influential communication, and outcomes. Winners were selected in the categories of field, telephonic and catastrophic case management, and Genex has a section on its site to highlight the story of each winner.
