Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features two pieces of news related to Kids’ Chance, which provides educational opportunities and scholarships to children of workers seriously injured or killed on the job. First off, NCCI recently announced that its Annual Issues Symposium (AIS) 2018 golf tournament, which was sponsored by JLT Re, raised $25,000 to support the charitable organization.
Additionally, Genex has announced that it has agreed to become a national partner of Kids’ Chance of America (KCOA), after years of supporting state-level chapters. To join the KCOA Partnership Program, companies must commit to a minimum contribution annually over four years. The new partnership will enable Kids’ Chance to further its efforts to create a presence in all 50 states by providing national visibility, financial support and best practices to each state organization.
