San Jose, CA – EK Health Services Inc. has named Kerri Wilson, CPCU as President and Chief Operating Officer. Wilson previously served as the Executive Vice President of EK Health Services. Since joining EK Health in 2011, Wilson has been integral in supporting operational leadership, optimizing outcomes and efficiencies, implementing new products and leading strategic initiatives.
“As the owner and CEO of EK Health, I have the full and complete confidence to release the business into Kerri’s hands and her leadership,” said Eunhee Kim, Chief Executive Officer. “I will maintain the role of Chief Executive Officer and, along with the leadership team, explore new ventures and ways to live our vision of ‘transforming managed care'”.
Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the workers’ compensation and managed care industries. Prior to EK Health, Wilson worked in various claims management and leadership roles for a private workers’ compensation insurer in Texas and California. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and earned a Master of Business Administration, Business Management from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology and Spanish from the University of Southern California.
