Parsippany, NJ – York Risk Services Group (York) recently announced that Mark Bilger has joined the company as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Mark will oversee York’s enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, support, and corporate security. He will also lead the technology teams and manage the development of York’s technology solutions.
Mr. Bilger has more than 35 years’ experience developing and driving technology strategies and solutions. Prior to joining York, he held executive and senior leadership positions overseeing customer IT strategies, innovation programs and worldwide application delivery for leading technology companies including Dell and EDS. Most recently he was an executive consultant with the Feld Group Institute, where he guided clients’ information technology strategies with a special focus on applications portfolio planning and modernization.
“Mark’s experience in building teams and effective IT solutions makes him a great addition to York,” said Tom Warsop, Chairman of the Board of York. “His commitment to effectively leveraging technology and data analytics to create actionable information will enhance York’s ability to improve claim outcomes, reduce costs, and help our clients better understand and manage their total cost of risk. The technology solutions he and his team will envision and deliver will also support York’s social mission — getting injured workers back to work and businesses back to productivity following a loss,” he added.

Mr. Bilger received a Bachelor of Science with High Honors in Mathematics and Psychology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL.
