Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features the recent announcement from One Call that it is entering a strategic partnership with Spreemo health geared toward improving the quality and value of radiology services for patients across the country.
Under the partnership, One Call will be assuming responsibility for the referral management portion of Spreemo’s existing operations and infrastructure, while Spreemo will focus on the quality analytics portion of its existing operations, and provide its quality metrics to One Call’s network and customer base through a long-term licensing agreement. Spreemo will retain sole ownership of its clinical initiatives and related data science infrastructure, and continue to operate as an independent company.
