Hartford, CT – Insurity, Inc. recently announced that LWCC has chosen Insurity’s Insurance Decisions core processing suite which includes Policy Decisions, Billing Decisions, Claims Decisions, and Insurance Enterprise View to replace their existing legacy system.
LWCC is a private, nonprofit mutual insurance company and the largest workers’ compensation carrier in the state of Louisiana. Following a lengthy review process, LWCC chose the Insurance Decisions Suite due to the extensive workers’ compensation system functionality, self-service and configuration capabilities, and the knowledge and experience of the Insurity team. LWCC believed that these factors would lead to better overall customer service and satisfaction.
Paul Buffone, SVP, Chief Claims and Information Officer with LWCC stated that “LWCC is deeply committed to the businesses and people of Louisiana and wanted a software partner with deep experience and commitment to the workers’ compensation business as well. We found this to be the case with the team at Insurity. They have the largest workers’ compensation customer base and this bolsters our confidence in them as a business partner. In addition, Insurity shares in our commitment to our business and our desire to provide unparalleled experiences to all of our customers.”
Jeffrey Glazer, CEO with Insurity commented that, “Insurity is proud to have another prominent workers’ compensation company select us to support their business.
