Brentwood, TN – Brentwood Services Administrators recently announced that Kelley Callahan-Frye joined the company on October 17, 2016, in the position of litigation specialist in the General Liability Department of Brentwood office, according to Jeff Pettus, president and chief executive officer of Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. (BSA).
In her position reporting to Teresa Jenkins, general liability claims supervisor, Callahan-Frye is responsible for handling of liability and auto claims. Callahan-Frye assesses the comparative negligence of the parties involved, as well as communicates directly with clients, employers, injured workers, physicians, and attorneys to manage claims in a timely and economic manner.
Prior to joining BSA, Callahan-Frye was a litigation/extended handler III for Permanent General in Nashville, Tenn. She is a multiline liability and property damage adjuster with significant experience handling litigation. Callahan-Frye graduated from Belmont University in Nashville with a bachelor of business administration in economics.
