HOMELINK Assumes myMatrixx Ancillary Service Business

October 27, 2016 - WorkCompWire

Waterloo, IA – HOMELINK and myMatrixx recently announced a strategic decision to move the myMatrixx ancillary business to HOMELINK in an effort to allow both companies to focus on their core business. As a result, HOMELINK will begin servicing all myMatrixx ancillary business while myMatrixx continues to service its pharmacy business.

In 1993, HOMELINK was founded as the ancillary benefit management administration division of Van G. Miller and Associates (VGM), the nation’s premier member services organization in the Home Medical Equipment industry. For 23 years HOMELINK has provided these services to hundreds of payers, as well as backroom referral and billing services to many companies currently operating in the Workers’ Compensation industry.

“We’ve known the management staff at myMatrixx for many years, and know they value and treat their customers with the same attitude as HOMELINK,” stated Dave Kazynski, President of HOMELINK.

“Both our companies have been built on the concept that we want to be here for the long run, and as an employee-owned company we are all about sustained growth through the unmatched service we provide our customers. Our growth has always been steady and organic, which allows us to contain costs while continually reinvesting in our customer service operations.”

Moving forward, myMatrixx will focus exclusively on its pharmacy benefit management services, which currently comprises 93% of its business.

“The myMatrixx customer experience has always been at the forefront of who we are. Our partnership with HOMELINK stays true to this founding principle, and we are confident that our clients and their injured workers will continue to be served with the care and compassion they have come to appreciate,” said myMatrixx CEO Artemis Emslie.

With a foundation of dedication to service, HOMELINK and myMatrixx are both committed to providing customers with a seamless transition of business.
