SUNZ Insurance Retains Next Level Administrators as New TPA

May 27, 2016 by WorkCompWire

Sarasota, FL – SUNZ Insurance Company recently announced that Next Level Administrators, LLC will be its new Third Party Administrator (TPA) effective June 1, 2016. The new TPA partnership allows for a much closer working relationship and more control over the claims handling process. It also gives SUNZ enhanced oversight and management of particular vendors working on claims. The result will be a cohesive and transparent claims product for the policyholders, their employers and ultimately the injured worker.

SUNZ CEO Steve Herrig said, “We are excited about the opportunity to build a strong and lasting partnership with NLA (Next Level Administrators). We are confident our policyholders will be impressed with the vision and drive to create a better product for our insureds and claimants. Together, we will provide best in class claims results to all of our policyholders.”

Herrig also named Andrew Olwert as President of Next Level Administrators, a seasoned claims professional with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Herrig said, “Andy brings the vision, mission and leadership qualities to be the catalyst for Next Level Administrators.”

Andy Olwert, President of NLA, said, “I’m looking forward to the challenges and rewards of leading NLA in a direction that aligns with the goals of SUNZ, its policyholders and the injured worker. Our proven performance-based strategy combined with the experience of our team of adjusters will deliver the results clients desire and expect. Our strategy is simple, easy to implement and drives immediate results for all parties involved in the claims process.”
