Allen shared updates from a recent Joint committee meeting where a wide variety of stakeholders presented on regulatory, application and pros and cons. Also in the news today is Reed Group’s announcement that the State of Nevada has adopted its recently launched MDGuidelines drug formulary. The formulary was developed in partnership with Healthesystems, and used Reed Group’s ACOEM guidelines as a framework as well. Reed Group noted that the updated format provides inclusions and exclusions in an easy-to-understand basis for physicians and other care professionals, including case managers, insurers and TPAs.
