Nashville, TN – Alternative Service Concepts (ASC) recently announced the promotion of Ms. Tammy Moore and Mr. Jeff Logsdon to company assistant vice president. Promoted from the positions of claim manager, Mr. Logsdon, and Ms. Moore will be responsible for managing multiple ASC claim offices, partnering with several key clients and driving quality and performance through best claim practices. Mr. Logsdon will be based in Louisville, KY and Ms. Moore in Nashville, TN. Both will report to COO Pam Finch.
Ms. Moore joined the organization in 1998 where she began serving as a claim adjuster promoted to claim supervisor then claim manager. She brings 28 years of claims risk management experience to this role working for companies such as Dollar General Corporation, Willis Corroon, and the ITT-Hartford Group.
Mr. Logsdon joined the organization in 2011 where he began serving as a claim supervisor promoted to claim manager. He brings more than 18 years of claims experience to this role beginning as a claim adjuster for Meridian Insurance followed by AIG, Underwriters Safety & Claims and Nationwide Insurance. Mr. Logsdon holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and an Associate in Claims Law.
