Bedminster, NJ -(PRNewswire)- FastTrack RTW Services & Solutions recently announced that Paul D. Taylor, formerly Senior Vice President of Regional Market Business Unit at MetLife has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position within FastTrack. Taylor will report to Thomas Capato, CEO.

Effective immediately, Taylor will assume responsibility for FastTrack’s Career Service Tools, Transitional Service Tools, Occupational Matching Tools & Employability Assessment Verification Tools for product, sales/marketing, and the operations and services organization.

Prior to this appointment, Taylor was responsible for MetLife’s Regional Market Strategic Administrative solutions, ran MetLife’s Group Disability business, and spent 17 years with Unum in a variety of Operational leadership roles managing 1,000+ employees in their claims organization.
