With the acquisition, Reed Group will gain 200 blue chip customers and 1,300 employees across the United States, Canada and India, and will maintain its existing teams, locations and technology to serve Reed Group customers, while newly acquired Aon Hewitt clients will be served through existing operations for the foreseeable future. Aon Hewitt noted its belief that Reed Group has the means and strategic intention to further invest and grow the business and deliver added value to clients, and that it plans to maintain a close relationship.
