Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features Genex Services’ announcement that it has acquired medical bill review provider Alpha Review Corporation.
Genex noted that it expects the acquisition to significantly strengthens its bill review footprint and complement its expertise with targeted cost management programs. Alpha Review’s management team will remain in place and it will continue to operate under its own brand. Corporate Finance Associates of Chicago was the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Alpha Review for the transaction.
