Also in the news today is the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s report on its own improvements, with work-related injuries and illnesses rates also falling to the lowest in 13 years, decreasing from 2.2 injuries per 100 full-time workers in 2013 to 2.0 last year, while the national average was 3.2.
