November 9, 2015 - WorkCompWire

Walnut Creek, CA – Paradigm Outcomes recently introduced David Young as the newest member of the company’s Board of Directors. Young brings nearly 30 years of experience to the role and will work closely with other board members and Paradigm’s executive management team.

As an accomplished leader, Young has successfully managed significant organizational change and positioned companies for sustainable growth. He is the President and Chief Financial Officer for OccuSystem Services, Inc., a workers’ compensation third party administrator. Prior to this, Young served as the President and CEO of Coventry Workers’ Compensation Services. Young holds bachelors’ degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.

“After an extensive search, Paradigm’s ownership and I are excited to have found someone who can expand our board’s breadth of talent,” said Paradigm Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Hudak. “David’s extensive industry knowledge and broad functional experience will be extremely valuable in helping Paradigm continue to grow rapidly and expand our services.”

“Paradigm Outcomes is well-known for its expertise in managing catastrophic and complex claims,” said Young. “I’ve always admired their innovative approach and industry leading results. I’m honored to be joining the team and look forward to contributing to the company’s future success.”
