Westminster, CO -(BusinessWire)- Reed Group recently announced that Nancy Botiller has joined the company as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations.
Botiller’s experience spans 19 years at Kaiser Permanente where she held several roles including leading the organization’s National Claims Services as Executive Director. Botiller also served as Chief Operating Officer for Nurse-Family Partnership, an evidence-based nurse home visiting program for low-income families. Most recently, she held the position of Executive Vice President leading the operations division at Colorado Access, the Colorado non-profit health plan provider. Botiller has a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from University of California, Davis and master’s degrees in Physical Therapy and Business Administration. Nancy began her career as a physical therapist helping athletes and dancers get back to the work they love.
“Nancy has the expertise and passion to lead Reed Group through its next phase of growth,” said Reed Group CEO, David Roberts. “She knows how to build and lead high performing teams and how to create organizational and operational scalability. Her background in health care and her hands-on expertise in claims processes, clinical case management and customer service are invaluable as we create higher levels of service for our customers. Nancy will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Family Medical Leave, ADA, and disability services, leading our contact center organization, leave management professionals, and clinical and quality teams. She will also be responsible for driving our long-term strategy to improve the customer and employee experience at Reed Group.”
“For me, this new role is about continuing to deliver quality customer service but also about finding more innovative ways to approach the complexities of serving this industry and our customers. I am energized to be part of an organization that has this innovative spirit and is delivering a service that makes a positive difference in people’s lives,” said Botiller.
“As Reed Group continues to expand to meet the demands of our absence management customers, we are investing in high caliber talent to take us to the next level. More and more Fortune 1000 companies seek our expertise in what is a growing and complex challenge for employers — supporting people when they are away from work and helping them get back to work,” stated Roberts.
Reed Group has dramatically grown their business over the last several years and earlier in the summer, hired a new Vice President of Marketing and will continue to invest in personnel and infrastructure to achieve the highest levels of service for its customers.
