Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features some M&A news with Helios’ announcement that it will acquire all assets of Ringler Medicare Solutions (RMS), the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) affiliate of structured settlement company Ringler Associates.
Helios noted that the acquisition will expand its presence in the claim settlement market, and that as part of the acquisition Tom Blackwell, Vice President and Program Director of MSP Compliance Services at RMS will join Helios as Vice President – Client Services.
