Nova Medical Opens Occupational Medicine Center in Savannah, Georgia

March 3, 2015 - WorkCompWire

Savannah, GA – Nova Medical Centers recently announced that it will open a new occupational medicine center in Savannah, Georgia.

Nova Medical Centers’ focus is solely in occupational medicine. Services include minor emergencies, injury care, pre-employment services, drug screens, physical therapy, online reporting and an expanded complement of occupational health services.

This new facility is Nova Medical Centers’ sixth location in the state along with Nova’s 45 other centers across Texas, Georgia and Tennessee. The new center will be the joining the ranks alongside the company’s Georgia centers in Atlanta, Marietta, Norcross and Augusta. The Savannah center will be located at 1128 E DeRenne Ave., and will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

“Due to the high demand for Nova Medical Centers’ exceptional occupational medical services, we will open in our third Georgia city,” Bruce Meymand, Chief Operating Officer for Nova Medical Centers, said. “We anticipate Savannah employers will welcome efficient and cost-effective workers’ compensation outcomes.”

Nova Medical Centers’ ongoing growth will continue, as they are to open in Odessa, Texas, within days of the Savannah location’s opening.
