Jacksonville, FL – One Call Care Management recently announced that Matt Lynch has been named Chief Information Officer.
Technology and data are key components of One Call’s mission to improve workers’ compensation outcomes by combining market-leading specialty services, innovative leakage capture solutions, and enhanced efficiencies across the claims lifecycle. “Matt has extensive experience in business system development, integration and optimization that will help us achieve new levels of operational excellence while modernizing and transforming the company’s enterprise technology,” said Joe Delaney, President and CEO of One Call. “Matt’s leadership will help One Call deliver an unparalleled customer experience today while innovating the solutions of tomorrow.”
Lynch brings 30 years of IT experience to One Call, including senior leadership roles in public and privately held firms across diverse industries. Most recently, Lynch served in the retail industry as CIO of Rite Aid, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Shopko Stores. He began his career as a software engineer at Honeywell (formerly Sperry Aerospace) and progressed to senior leadership positions within the airline, travel, and transportation industries at America West Airlines, Air Wisconsin Airlines, and Runzheimer International.
Lynch holds a degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering and Technology at Northern Arizona University. He will be based at the One Call headquarters office in Jacksonville, FL.
