Los Angeles, CA -(PRWeb)- Nelson Dunham joins Advanced Medical Reviews (“AMR”) as Vice-President of Enterprise Accounts. Nelson assumed his responsibilities earlier this quarter and has already made an impact within the sales team. Among his responsibilities at AMR, Nelson will deliver new business in the US, as well as increasing AMR’s presence in the Workers’ Compensation Independent Review space.
Nelson has worked in the insurance industry for over thirty years in various roles, starting out his career with Travelers. He also spent time with Corvel Corporation as their Vice-President of National Accounts. Prior to starting at AMR, Nelson was with Viiad Systems, LLC where he played a key role in this start-up helping them define their product, expand their market and grow their client base.
As a Workers’ Compensation Insurance veteran, Nelson spent part of his early career as a vocational rehabilitation counselor where he thoroughly enjoyed assisting injured workers by identifying transferable work skills and finding them employment opportunities. Nelson states, “I really liked the ability to help people move forward after their injury and put them in a position that would help them move on.” This is one of the reasons that he says he decided to join the team at Advanced Medical Reviews. “At the root of all that we do in Workers’ Compensation is an injured worker that needs quality medical care. I feel that the team at AMR is delivering this quality care and I wanted to be a part of it.”

Nelson graduated from Temple University and received a Master of Science from Indiana University. He resides in Pennsylvania and is an avid triathlete.
