Today’s action starts with York RSG’s announcement of its acquisition of Mineola, NY-based Risk Management Planning Group (RMPG), which provides claims and risk management solutions for workers’ compensation and also offers a disability benefits insurance program.
York noted that the acquisition will help further its efforts to deliver results through local expertise, and that RMPG’s focus on construction, healthcare, real estate and hospitality along with its strong presence in the New York marketplace will improve York’s ability to deliver solutions to specialty markets.
