Memphis, TN – Helios recently announced that Southwest Airlines is renewing and extending its current partnership with the company. Helios will be the airline’s exclusive provider of workers’ compensation pharmacy, ancillary, and settlement services for the company’s 45,000 employees for the next five years.
“Our employees are the heart of our business,” stated Patti Colwell, Workers’ Compensation Program Manager for Southwest Airlines. “It’s important to us to work with a company who shares this philosophy. We have found Helios to be a service-minded, accountable, and reliable partner. The insight, tools, and resources they share have been instrumental in our ability to control cost and utilization of pharmacy benefits and ancillary services, while ensuring that our injured workers are receiving better care at every stage of the claim.”
