Oakland, CA -(PRNewswire)- StoneRiver, Inc. recently announced that OptaComp has successfully worked with CompServices, Inc. (CSI) to add 150-users on the contract with StoneRiver for CompSuite expansion in value utilization. Both CSI and OptaComp are affiliates of respective BlueCross® BlueShield® organizations and realize efficiencies through use of CompSuite. CSI will serve as host for CompSuite and support certain aspects of the application for OptaComp.
CompSuite launches individual applications in a tabbed, web-browser interface with the ability to incorporate disparate systems into a single portal environment. This provides end-users with a cohesive, consistent experience when using StoneRiver’s applications, as well as other products used in daily business processing.
The goals of the CompSuite modernization project for both CSI and OptaComp were client-centric and include such operational benefits as ease-of-training, employee retention, productivity enhancements and the ability to efficiently sell services to prospective clients (e.g. MGA/TPA services).
With four more customer implementations in progress today, StoneRiver’s CompSuite touts 10 customer production status movements in 2013. These complex and intrinsically valuable implementations bring customer efficiencies to the fore for StoneRiver’s CompSuite in the Workers’ Compensation space.
