KEMI Announces Multiple Management Promotions, New Hire

Lexinton, KY – Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance Company (KEMI) recently announced three management promotions, as well as the addition of a new hire.

Toni Howard has been promoted to Director of Application Development. Howard has worked diligently to support operational needs and has extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of enterprise software development. She has been with KEMI since 1998 and most recently served as Software Development Manager. Howard is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics.

Jeff Floyd has been promoted to Loss Education & Safety Manager. Floyd has been with KEMI since 2005 and most recently served as Loss Education Supervisor. Floyd is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Ryan Peters has been promoted to Software Development Manager. Peters joined KEMI in 2007 and served previously as Software Supervisor. Â Peters is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Technology.

Gregory Hamlin has been named the Claims Manager for KEMI. Hamlin has extensive claims management experience and worked previously for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Hamlin is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.
