Rocky Hill, CT – The Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice recently announced that MICHAEL RYAN, age 48, of 23 North Main Street, East Windsor, was recently arrested and charged with Workers’ Compensation Fraud.
Ryan was arrested by Inspectors from the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney. He faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years of incarceration if convicted.

Ryan was released on a written promise to appear in Enfield Superior Court, G.A. No. 13, on March 27, 2013. The charge is merely an allegation and he is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
This case is being prosecuted by the Worker’s Compensation Fraud Control Bureau in the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney.
