Consolidated Services Group Announces Expanded Partnership with One Call

March 25, 2014 - WorkCompWire

Lansdale, PA -(PRWeb)- Consolidated Services Group, a technology-driven, clinically-based medical claims management provider, recently announced its intention to strengthen their radiology network footprint while reducing costs through an expanded partnership with One Call Care Management.

The expanded relationship was precipitated by One Call Care Management’s acquisition of Raytel Imaging Network, a long-time CSG network partner. The combined entity offers expanded access to a national network of imaging facilities; a competitive pricing model; scalability through its network of call centers; increased provider relations; and advancements in technology.

“We are excited to build on our relationship with CSG,” said Bob Zeccardi, chief sales and marketing officer of One Call Care Management. “We believe our exceptional service and industry expertise will produce outstanding results for CSG and its clients.”

To take full advantage of these offerings, CSG made the decision to streamline its radiology network mosaic into one primary network partner, One Call Care Management, to compliment the CHN PPO network. To these ends, CSG will begin closing the chapter on its relationship with Atlantic Imaging Group. While the company has enjoyed the partnership and services provided, the contributing factors of coverage and cost played a key role in the decision.

“While it is never easy to dissolve long-standing associations, our corporate mission focuses squarely on our clients’ best interests,” said Craig Goldstein, CSG chief operating officer. “Building on our One Call Care Management relationship represents a major step forward in accomplishing this mission.”

“Partnering with this national, best-in-class radiology network strongly aligns with CSG’s goal of providing seamless, coast-to-coast PPO access to our clients,” said Michael A. Morrone, CSG founder and president. “One Call offers both the scale and the expertise to support our continued growth.”
