Also in the news today is the California DWC’s recent announcement that it has posted proposed Copy Service Fee Schedule regulations to its online forum for public comment. The fee schedule provides for a maximum flat fee for records up to 500 pages and includes all associated services such as pagination, witness fees, and subpoena preparation, but does allow for additional fees beyond the initial 500 pages.
