Patriot National Promotes Jamie O’Connor To Vice President of Human Resources

Ft. Lauderdale, FL -(PRNewswire)- Patriot National Insurance Group, Inc., a provider of workers’ compensation insurance solutions, is recently announced the promotion of Jamie O’Connor to Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Ms. O’Connor will carry forward the vision of Patriot’s CEO while being the ambassador of the company’s culture. She will be responsible for the full service Human Resource delivery to the business including talent management, employee relations, benefit design, compliance, compensation, and performance management.

Steven Mariano, Chief Executive Officer of Patriot National Insurance Group said, “Jamie’s extensive background in Human Resources makes her the natural choice to fill this position. She is truly an asset to Patriot and a key member of the HR team.”

When Ms. O’Connor joined Patriot in 2008 as an HR Manager there were 125 employees nationwide. Since that time, she has on boarded almost 400 employees, growing the company to over 500 and opening 4 new offices nationwide. Prior to being promoted to Vice President, Ms. O’Connor held the position of Human Resources Director from 2010 until present. Before joining Patriot National, Ms. O’Connor was Senior Human Resources Generalist at Ram Realty Services. Ms. O’Connor graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Rhode Island and is also a registered member with the Society for Human Management (SHRM).
