Atlanta, GA – Stratose, a provider of healthcare cost containment solutions for medical, dental and workers’ compensation claims, has announced the acquisition of PPOplus, LLC, a provider network focused on Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas. The PPOplus network includes more than 32,000 providers in the tri-state area.

This is the fifth acquisition by Stratose in the past three years. The company executed three acquisitions in 2011, expanding services in the East Coast Markets, establishing a presence in the dental market, and broadening its capabilities in claims negotiations. In October 2013, Stratose acquired Midwest-based HFN as part of an over-arching strategy to expand presence and expertise within workers’ comp and Group Health PPO for the Illinois and surrounding markets.
