StoneRiver Announces Two Additional Clients Now in Production with CompSuite

December 11, 2013 - WorkCompWire

Oakland, CA -(PRNewswire)- StoneRiver, Inc., the trusted insurance technology partner with solutions across multiple business lines, recently announced that two more insurance industry client companies have successfully upgraded to StoneRiver’s CompSuite workers’ compensation system. With LUBA Workers’ Comp (LUBA) and AEGIS Administrative Services (AEGIS) now in production, StoneRiver has migrated ten clients to CompSuite in 2013, with three additional clients committed to CompSuite implementations early in 2014.

LUBA and AEGIS are both long-time StoneRiver clients, having previously implemented StoneRiver’s original WCMS workers’ compensation offering. With confidence in both StoneRiver and its solutions, LUBA and AEGIS opted to take advantage of the new capabilities and modern technology made available with the CompSuite solution. CompSuite includes the same proven and time-tested functionality available with WCMS, while providing a wealth of new features, an enhanced user experience, and intuitive navigation.

Commenting on the CompSuite upgrade, Steve Werner, LUBA’s CFO, said, “We have enjoyed a long and successful relationship with StoneRiver, and we have a great synergy with the StoneRiver team. The upgrade to CompSuite has been a positive experience, resulting in a modern production environment and good feedback from our users in a number of areas, such as faster underwriting processing, and easier and quicker access to claims related information.”

Stephanie Gay, Vice President / Claims Manager with AEGIS, also commented, “The new capabilities offered with CompSuite have helped us to provide improved claims services for our customers, including our insurer client companies. As a TPA, the quality of our service is our differentiator, and CompSuite has helped to make our processes more efficient as well as easier, especially for our casual users. With virtually no training, one of our executive users was able to access and effectively navigate within CompSuite – evidence of the quality of the user experience and intuitive interface offered with the new system.”

“It is always gratifying to see our clients successfully deploy our solutions and experience the new capabilities,” said Gary Anderson, StoneRiver President and CEO. “Both LUBA and AEGIS partnered with us in our CompSuite development initiative, providing invaluable support and input. We thank them for their loyalty and long-time commitment to StoneRiver, and we look forward to continuing to enhance CompSuite to deliver even greater value to their respective businesses.”
