Columbia, SC – SCWCC has added new features to eCase to better serve eCase users and stakeholders by providing information in a more efficient and effective way:
- eCase now offers expanded status detail to registered users showing the entire history of the case.
- New contact buttons will assist eCase users in directing case-specific inquiries to the appropriate party at SCWCC.
- The “Appeal a Fine” button provides information regarding the procedure to appeal a fine assessed by SCWCC and provide a contact email address to which written appeal requests should be sent.
- The “Ask a Question” button offers the registered user a selection of frequently asked questions which can be submitted through eCase to deliver an email directly to a responsible SCWCC Staff Member.
