Atlanta, GA – Crawford & Company recently announced that Patrick Scullion has been appointed as Broadspire’s senior vice president, financial planning & analysis. Broadspire -a Crawford company- is a leading third party administrator of workers compensation claims, liability claims and medical management services.
Scullion will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, including development of strategic plans, investment proposals, merger and acquisition execution, valuation and financial modeling, pricing and financial analysis for major new business opportunities. He will also lead and manage the three-year strategic planning process, annual capital and operating budget and monthly forecasting processes. He will be based in Crawford’s Atlanta headquarters and report to Vince Cole, executive vice president for global strategy and performance development, with a matrix reporting responsibility to Danielle Lisenbey, executive vice president and chief executive officer, Broadspire.

Before coming to Crawford Patrick served for four years as chief financial officer – workers compensation services for Coventry Health Care, Inc., the largest national workers compensation managed care company. Prior to that role he was the president of Aetna Workers Compensation Access. He has also held financial positions with First Health Group Corporation, American Pharmaceutical Company and Baxter Healthcare Corporation.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant.
