Jacksonville, FL – One Call Care Management (One Call), the nation’s leading provider of specialized cost containment services to the workers’ compensation industry, recently announced the launch of its One Call Physical Therapy business unit, which marks an important addition to One Call’s services.
One Call first entered the Physical Therapy market with its acquisition of TechHealth and its PT Progress Program, and will now consolidate and expand these services through a dedicated business unit that will be branded One Call Physical Therapy.
Joe Delaney, President & CEO of One Call Care Management, commented, “We are committed to providing our customers with world-class Physical Therapy services, which fit into One Call’s model of excellence and suite of services—all aimed at supporting faster, more efficient and more cost-effective resolution of claims. With deep partnerships and connectivity with payers and providers, we’re uniquely positioned to coordinate specialized services across the continuum of care. As we move forward, we plan to invest significant resources to expand and enhance our Physical Therapy business unit.”
Chris Toepke, who currently runs the Dental business unit, has been appointed to serve as President of One Call Physical Therapy. Toepke added: “Physical Therapy plays a crucial role in an injured worker’s rehabilitation, recovery, and return to work. As with all of our service lines, our primary objective is to deliver exceptional service and meaningful value from both a unit cost and utilization management perspective and we are excited to provide this opportunity to our customers. They can leverage our already in-place, directly contracted, national network of high-quality providers. This network is augmented by industry-leading technology and a team of dedicated professionals who are focused on delivering outstanding customer service and unparalleled value to workers’ compensation payers.”
