Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features some M&A news with One Call Care Management’s announcement of their plan to acquire TechHealth Inc. The acquisition marks One Call’s entry into the Physical Therapy market with the addition of TechHealth’s proprietary national network.
One call noted that their existing programs such as Equipment and Device Management, Home Health, Diagnostics, and Transportation and Language Services will complement the incoming Physical Therapy services, integrating into their approach to improving care from the point of injury to recovery. One Call expects to close the transaction during Q3 of this year.
