The survey aims to create insight on specific day-to-day operational hurdles that claims organizations experience rather than the industry’s overall state of affairs, cost drivers, or jurisdictional comparisons.
The survey is open to management-level leaders who oversee workers’ comp claims operations from organizations such as an insurance carriers, employers, third party administrators, government entities, and risk pools, and participants will receive copies of the results.
